Somerset Land for Wildlife Somerset and Friends is an informal network of like-minded people based in and around the Somerset region of Queensland who are passionate about managing their properties to maximise biodiversity and provide wildlife habitat.
We share knowledge, ideas, resources and equipment to assist each other in issues like regeneration techniques, weed management, biodiversity monitoring, and feral animal control. We also organise property visits which are great opportunities to build relationships, learn from each other and get some inspiration.
Most of the participants are also Land for Wildlife members but you don’t need to be to join in here.
